Endless Summer® Giveaway Terms & Conditions

If you participate in our Endless Summer® promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Endless Summer® and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Endless Summer® Giveaway begins on Friday, October 1st, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Monday, October 4th  (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parent or legal guardian to enter to the Endless Summer® Giveaway. Endless Summer® may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Endless Summer® may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Endless Summer® are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER

The Endless Summer® Giveaway post on Facebook and Instagram will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Endless Summer® Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless explicitly stated otherwise. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Any questions or comments regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Endless Summer®, not Facebook or Instagram.

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted, Endless Summer® reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Endless Summer®’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be a Endless Summer® product as indicated on the giveaway post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

SHIPMENT

Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Endless Summer® may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post and/or Instagram stories, Facebook post and/or Facebook stories.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Endless Summer® Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Endless Summer®, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Endless Summer® reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
